Unfortunately, due to the confidential nature of Infineon's Intranet I cannot post any screenshots.
During my two years at Infineon, my primary responsibility was developing and maintaining Infineon's Intranet. When I first joined the company, the Intranet was considered relatively unimportant, was maintained by an antiquated Net Objects CMS system, and consisted of a "hodge podge" of different sites run by different people.
Initially, I was assigned only to maintain a specific section of the Infineon North America Intranet; eventually, however, along with the new Director of Internal Communications at Infineon, I collaborated in migrating from the out-of-date CMS to a cutting edge CMS created by Open Text. I participated in leading a team of Intranet developers and content owners to bring new attention to the Intranet and to transform the Intranet into a greatly used business tool.
